I used to do all of my sketching in college with a ball point pen. In some ways I love it because I can apply pressure the same way as I can with a pencil, and not have to worry so much about keeping my dang hands steady! But it never feels final to me. And this exercise today, it’s not meant to be final. Really, I’m warning you. This next month is about learning how to draw. I know it’s in me somewhere I just have to tap into it and stop trying to draw like the artists I like (who probably DO have steady hands.) Anyway, be prepared.
