Well, technically I made the mistake a couple weeks ago but we only found out about it today. I was much harder on myself than my superiors or anyone else was. Why do we get like that? More importantly, how did I get to work with such nice people???
Okay, so, another lesson learned. Measure twice, cut once. And check your email attachments before you send them!

oh. and I meant to tell you a story about this… once I sent an email to an entire section of students with the wrong attachment: it was a GRADED scan of a student’s paper. Not only is that a mistake, but I am pretty sure I could get fired/sued for doing such a thing. Thank goodness for IT people and their continued brilliance/desire to save my ass… Mark, one of our IT guys, was able to retrieve it from all my students email inboxes.
