Site for sore eyes.

Hey y’all (one of my new friends from Oklahoma taught me that it’s okay for a Northern girl to say such a word). If you haven’t noticed, my old website got a big old kick in the rear and now I’m self hosting, thanks to much assistance from my friend Arek. Already this means a more customized web design, and hopefully it will mean I can do a lot of the stuff that wordpress wouldn’t allow before. If I can actually figure out how to manage my own website 🙂

You’ll notice some obvious cosmetic changes, such as a new header, hand-drawn links, and vast expanses of white on all sides. You’ll also notice that this blog is a seperate page from the comics, which will really help to clean things up, I think. It’s a work in progress, as we still need to put the portfolio and links pages together, but we’ll get there. I’ll also be posting sketches and samples of other work I’m doing, so check this blog for that as well. And actually, I’ll probably use this blog just to get back in the habit of writing, whether it’s about my Portland adventures or anything else. So read it!

And for all of your webdesign needs, make sure to call Arek Miaskowski, and if you like this site, it was very much a team effort and I couldn’t have done it without him. Thanks Arek, and thanks readers, for sticking with me!
