Pile ’em on.

I think I could sum it up by a wish that I expressed the other day when I was leaving Rachael in Maine: “I wish that everyone I love would be in one place with me.” I’d add to that, “I wish I could keep drawing comics forever.” As in, not have to take some crappy temp job when my graphic novel doesn’t leave me rolling in dough. I can’t complain, though, I really can’t. I’ve had an entire year to do what I love, no strings attached, and I am so thankful for that. And I’m thankful to have friends and family who will still listen to me when I get in a funk, even if they aren’t all in the same time zone. But plenty are, and I just gotta keep looking to the blessings. And even if comics are just a hobby, they’re a dang great hobby.

Pending friend-moving.

Brett, please, read this.

Better yet, let’s make ammends and move on, man! I’d gladly forget the whole mess, sign Favre back, give him a little “kiss and makeup” parade, rename a high school after him, whatever, just pleeeeease don’t make this ugly. Please don’t make me draw any more comics about something so petty and drawn out (a pun!)!

Cortney suggested I draw this comic, then said something else which was more interesting would probably happen to me today. But I drew this one anyway, because I think it’s important for Brett Favre to know how I feel. In order to increase the chances that he’ll find this when he does a google search I’m going to go a little crazy on the tags.
